To start brainstorming ideas, we began reflecting on things at home that inspire and interest us. First, we briefly introduced ourselves to each other and then dove into the idea generation phase. Each team member shared their thoughts, and together we began developing and brainstorming ideas.

The first domain we came up with was work-life balance. To our surprise, we discovered that each person saw this topic differently. Some thought of it in terms of how many people work from home nowadays, causing the boundaries between the office and home to blur. Others saw it as a struggle to leave work behind at the end of the workday and come home, making it difficult to unwind and relax once we're back.

Following the success of the first idea, it took us a little longer to settle on the remaining domains. That’s when the real brainstorming began—ideas were tossed around, and our ideas board began to fill up. We thought about relationships among household members, each of us sharing our own challenges in managing the household, and the memories and experiences we associate with family life.

Ultimately, we chose two additional domains.

The second domain we chose is food. Once the topic was raised, each person shared their experiences with food and its strong connection to home. Some mentioned how challenging it is to fit cooking into their daily routine; others shared how much they enjoy cooking and treat themselves by preparing a nice meal. We all agreed that food is a central and vital part of home and family life.

The final domain chosen was household management. While we did consider the logistical side, we primarily connected with the emotional aspect. A home often reflects a person’s emotional state—when we go through difficult periods in life, it can be mentally challenging to keep our home organized and managed.

Now, it's time to find experts in these areas who can give us insights and ideas for each topic! We identified two experts per topic (stay tuned for more details next week), and each of us received one or two contacts to reach out to. With tasks assigned, we’re ready to move forward!
