In class, we created a persona and chose to focus on someone who manages the household, often feeling the need for control but becoming overwhelmed by the workload, leading to stress.

Afterward, we started working on our first presentation. We had extensive discussions and eventually decided that our domain would be household management. From there, we developed a research question, identified the need, created a fitting persona, incorporated insights from interviews we had conducted, and decided to conduct another, more focused round of interviews targeting couples with children.

On Monday, we met at a café—some mingling and then straight to work. We prepared the presentation and practiced for the session scheduled for Wednesday. We concluded that the most appropriate research question for us is: How might we be able to help a working woman with a family reduce the cognitive load created by the difficulty of managing the house?
