This week, we dove into the exciting world of the WOZ methodology, testing a ChatGPT-powered agent designed to act as an expert in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and mindfulness. Our goal? To simulate the user experience while we, the "wizards," controlled the backend. We conducted tests with three end users, gathering data through WhatsApp chats and interviews. The insights? Well, it turns out the agent needs to be more concise, customized, and—most importantly—simple. It was a whirlwind of learning and discovery. There’s still a lot of homework to do, but we're excited to dig deeper into the technology and break through the barriers standing between us and a truly seamless experience!
